Arzu Yilmaz is a native of Turkey. She is a culinary expert with a Master’s degree from the New School University, New York. Her passion for good food was instilled by a grandmother and a mother who were superb cooks. Arzu teaches at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, is a board member of the New York Association of Culinary Professionals and a member of International Association of Culinary Professionals. She has contributed to the international edition of Gourmet magazine and the leading Turkish cooking magazines, Sofra and Mutfak. She develops recipes that synthesize Turkish, French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. Arzu is the owner/operator of a gourmet catering business, Dainty Palate.
