Cocktail Meatballs with Pomegranate Glaze

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 cup bulgur
1 egg
1 teasp. all spice
1 Tbsp.salt
1/2 teasp. pepper
For frying:
1/2 cup olive oil + 1/2 cup vegetable oil
For glaze:
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup pomegranate extract
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Directions:
In a large bowl put all the ingredients. Mix it well by hand. Make small balls from the mixture. Put them on a tray.
In a large saucepan bring olive oil and vegetable oil to a hot. Then, drop balls in the pan. Fry first on one side, then turn and fry on the other side until nicely brown. Add more oil when necessary.
Place them on a baking dish. Mix pomegranate juice and extract. Pour it over meatballs. Cover with foil. Cook it in the oven 15 minutes. Serve them warm.
