Fruit Pizza

Makes 6 pizzas
Ingredients:
6 whole wheat pita pockets
1 jar sugar-free apple butter
1-2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced into rounds
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Cinnamon, for dusting
Directions:
Spread each pita with apple butter and top with fruit arranged in a pretty pattern. Dust with cinnamon, slice and serve either at room temperature or lightly warmed on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Feel free to vary the fruit by using peach, pear or apple slices, blackberries, etc.
