Roasted Brussels-Sprouts

Serves 4 as a side dish
Ingredients:
1/2 pound Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Directions:
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, and wash thoroughly. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread everything out on a sheet pan, and roast for about 40 minutes, or until soft.
