Hand-Rolled Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients:
5 slices cooked lasagna
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 lbs. ground beef, optional
2 cups favorite vegetable, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Directions:
Lay a piece of wax paper on counter to make lasagna on. Take 1 cooked lasagna slice and lay flat on counter. Using a pastry brush, brush a layer of tomato sauce on lasagna. Next, using a craft stick or a dull butter knife, spread the ricotta cheese over lasagna. Then, spread shredded mozzarella over ricotta, then add ground beef or cooked vegetable over the cheeses.
Starting at one end of lasagna slice, roll lasagna up until the other end it tucked tightly underneath roll-up, then stick a toothpick through center of lasagna slice and brush top of roll-up with another layer of sauce. Place roll-up in a glass baking dish and cook in oven for 15 minutes.
