Asparagus Rolls

Makes 36 rolls

Preheat oven to 375 F
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper

Ingredients:
12 slices of sandwich bread
4 oz. blue cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. butter, melted
12 asparagus, cooked or 1 can
1/2 cup asparagus, finely shredded


Remove crusts from sandwich bread. With a rolling pin flatten bread into thin dough. Melt butter and set aside. In a small bowl, mix blue cheese and cream cheese. Spread evenly over bread. Place an asparagus in the middle and roll it tightly. Cut into three pieces. Place them on a cookie sheet. Repeat same for the rest of bread and cheese mixture. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over. Bake in center of oven 30 minutes or until golden brown.
